Claude Code's rolling session-usage allowance ran out. Claude Code blocks further requests until the reset time shown in the message. Usage counts against the session and weekly allowances at the same time, so a single burst of heavy activity can exhaust the weekly allowance before the session window resets.

Run /usage to see your plan limits and when they reset.
